Creating innovative strategies of structures of public-private partnerships oil and gas sector in the new economic conditions

The author examines the tools of the state’s energy policy that contribute to the transition of the domestic oil and gas industry on the innovative way of development. Proposed measures improve budgetary efficiency when used in the oil and gas complex of tools of public-private partnership (PPP) and formulates a strategy to develop innovative component activities of PPP structures oil and gas industry in the new economic conditions.
