Formation of the North Caucasus customs administration structure at the beginning of the 1990's

The article covers the first steps of the North Caucasus customs administration concerning formation of their tasks, functions, departments and the structure of the customs authority in whole. The article describes the personnel selection for the customs service within the scope of the North Caucasus customs administration.
