Formation of sub-territorial economic landscapes on the basis of clusters

The state of the technology for organisation of regional social and economic systems is under research. Mechanisms, methods and the technology of clusterisation are considered. The notion of «clusters» is determined. The tech-nology and methods for clusters creation are analysed. It is offered to apply a correlation graphic representation for establishment of effective clusters.
