The formation of a tolerant orientation of a personality of a modern teenager

There is theoretically described and experimentally pointed out in the article that ethnopsycological personality preparation at teenage age is an effective basement of the formation of tolerant orientation of a personality, tolerant setup and consciousness motives. There is the program of ethnopsycological training worked out, its role in extenuation of negative ethnic stereotypes and preconceptions, in tolerantly-oriented personality upbringing showed. The effectiveness of the program of ethnopsycological training with teenagers is confirmed statistically.
