Late state documents emphasize the significance of the cultural and moral education, aiming to consolidate the society, to preserve the unity of nation, to reduce the social tension. The article presents the experience of the Magnitogorsk pedagogical college as the regional innovative site in formation of the students' readiness to the preschool and primary school children's cultural and moral education.
