Forms of lawyer firms in the Republic of Korea

This article is the second in a series about the legal profession of the Republic of Korea. The article discusses the responsibilities of lawyers and forms of legal firms in South Korea. The authors describe the legal framework for the activities of lawyers. The issue of the form of lawyer entities is considered in detail. The procedure for establishing law offices, firms and colleges is examined. In conclusion, it is concluded that the legal profession system in Korea is a combination of traditional Korean and Western legal principles. It is distinguished by high professionalism and the ability of lawyers to represent clients' interests at a high level. It is important to note that the system has strict quality control of services, which ensures reliable protection of customer rights.
