Forms of public and private partnership in urban infrastructure

The author analyses the practices existing in other countries of how the life cycle contracts and mechanisms of public and private partnership are used to improve urban infrastructures, including construction of strategic infrastructure objects. The efficiency of implemented projects gives grounds for using these international practices in Russia
