In the context of the dynamic development of the Russian economy, the issue of effective staff motivation becomes key to ensuring the successful operation of enterprises. Effective motivation methods can increase labor productivity, improve team performance and ensure sustainable development of enterprises in a competitive environment. The research will be based on an analysis of current scientific research, statistical data, as well as a survey of enterprises of various industries and sizes. The use of comparative analysis and expert assessments will allow us to identify the features of the use of various forms of motivation in Russian companies. The study involves identifying the most effective forms and methods of motivation, adapted to the peculiarities of the Russian business context. The data obtained can become the basis for developing recommendations for improving motivation systems at Russian enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness and sustainable development.
