Forms and methods of professional activities assessment of municipal employees: current trends and prospects of improvement

The article considers technologies in personnel management of municipal employees. The author draws a conclusion on necessity of improving forms and methods of appraisal of municipal employees’ professional practice through perfection of mechanisms of managing this development on the basis of more refined and targeted implementation of modern HR-technologies. One of the main conditions is to increase the openness of municipal authorities through publication of results of evaluation procedures.
