Forms and limits of interpretative activity of the European court of human rights

In this article the author, basing on legal practice and current Russian and foreign doctrine, explores the forms of interpretative actions of the European Court of Human Rights and defines their limits during the implementation of the rules fixed in the European Convention on Human Rights.
