Formats of local self-rule bodies in foreign countries (taking for instance the Republic of Kazakhstan)

The paper considered advanced practices in the city of Ust Kamenogorsk (Republic of Kazakhstan) in the field of emergence/ establishment and upgrading of new formats of local self-rule bodies. Besides the local government framework on the part of the State, the framework of district units for the public councils representing concerns of local inhabitants have been actively grown round the city.
