Horizontal mobbing among pedagogical staff of the higher school: forms of manifestation and preventive measures

The paper analyzes the possible reasons of mobbing, forms of its manifestation at the departments of the higher education institution. Preventive measures under the conditions of the degradation of the economic situation in the country are offered.
