Forms of the Russian-Kazakhstan frontier educational cooperation

Russia hasn't completely left Kazakhstani educational space after the USSR collapse. Its influence in this sphere considerably weakened. Factors of cooperation development are as follows: economic interests, ecological problems, political circumstances, role of the Russian language in Kazakhstan higher education, officials' aspiration for making reports about successful international ties establishment. These factors work especially effectively in projects of cooperation between border regions of Russia and Kazakhstan.
