Forms of participation of financiers in public-private partnership projects

With the development of public-private partnership, it becomes extremely important to choose the type of contract to be concluded by the parties and the financial model for its implementation. The study analyzes the ways of organizing and financing public-private partnership projects in Russia; the forms of partnerships involving the participation of financiers and implemented at the expense of private investors have been identified. The author has formulated recommendations for evaluating the effectiveness of attracting funds from financiers to partner projects.
