Forms to strengthen agricultural legal policy: organizational and legal aspects

The paper discusses the forms and directions of strengthening the modern national agrarian sector of the economy. Separate innovations in the financial, technological, organizational and legal regulation of the studied area are taken into account. The author's definition of the content of the forms and directions of strengthening the agrarian legal policy as generalizing categories in financial and legal science is given. The essence of these forms is understood as the initial principles of financial and legal regulation of agriculture, strategic and demanded blocks for the development of the agricultural sector of the economy. The directions for strengthening the agrarian legal policy are the relevant areas of social relations, in which organizational, legal, informational, ideological and financial means, and innovative provisions of the agrarian sector of the economy are implemented. Under these conditions, a promising direction is the determination of the appropriate means, forms and principles for the formation of a lawyer who is able to understand the essence and nature of the agrarian legal policy of modern Russia. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to the most popular and relevant methods for the implementation of higher legal education in the context of the content of agrarian legal policy. This is the implementation in the educational programs and competencies of specialized educational organizations of the key components of agricultural production and practice, research support for agricultural policy by the teaching staff, the proper activities of the student community. In social and legal reality, the approbation of indicators of agrarian legal policy in the practical sphere of a graduate lawyer is a fairly clear indicator of the hybrid attitude of the state and society towards this area. The author comes to the conclusion about the interdisciplinary nature of the agrarian legal policy, which is influenced by legislative, financial, geographical, economic, sociological, political, geopolitical, historical factors.
