Forms of Protection of Traditional Spiritual and Moral Values in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the development of legal norms for encroachments against traditional values in different historical periods of Russia, as well as the peculiarities of existing legal norms. The analysis of the system of these measures is based on their objectives and the grounds for their application, the way they ensure law and order and the content of these measures. This allowed the author to identify shortcomings both in legal regulation and in the practice of applying the considered coercive measures for violations of the law, to develop and propose in the article ways and procedural forms of protection of traditional spiritual and moral values in the Russian Federation.
