Foresight technology regarding the law on local self-government

Today in the conditions of functioning and development of municipal territories significant role is the efficient organization of local government. However, the existing system of the issues of local self-government, legal conflicts, incompleteness in the legal regulation of social relations only create gaps in the legislative system. The relevance of the stated theme of research is caused by the fact that the current model of regulation of local self-government has a number of shortcomings that require a comprehensive review by consolidation measures of legal and organizational measures. At the same time the presence of conflicts and gaps in the existing legislation in this field determines the continuity of the standard-setting work on leveling regulatory shortcomings. It is necessary to use technology foresight as a tool for considering the opinion of citizens on the development of legislation on local government.
