French and Chinese experience for improving the Russian strategic planning system

An effectively built strategic planning system is the basis that will allow the Russian economy to overcome the recession caused by the action of negative external factors, reinforced by internal problems. The application of foreign experience in order to improve the Russian strategic planning system will save time and resources by solving the problems of developing the economy of the Russian Federation not only due to the own developments, but also due to answers already existing in the world experience. The proposed combination of French and Chinese experience is suggested as both of these countries used directive planning in the difficult period of their development, subsequently moving from it to indicative planning, which is proposed to be repeated in the current Russian realities.
