Phraseological neologisms realizing communicative intentions of modern Russian speakers

The paper aims at identifying the speaker’s communicative intentions and pragmatic effect that can be obtained from the speaker’s choice of phraseological neologisms used in the speech act. The content of phraseological neologisms is realized within the idiomatic context that represents a specific communicative situation. The material for the analysis is the author’s data compiled by the method of continuous sampling.
