Frame of life and frame of death in mass consciousness of regional political elite

On the basis of the concept of framing by I. Hoffmann, the authors explore the socio-cultural phenomena of the frames of life and death in the mass consciousness of political elite from the executive and legislative branches of the region. The authors compare the attitudes of the political elite with the attitudes of the population of the region.
