Frustration as a factor determining the character of the counteraction to disclosure and investigation crimes committed by minors

In the presented article on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, materials of law enforcement practice and official statistical data the modern forms of resistance to detection and investigation of crimes by minors in a state of frustration are revealed. The study determines the significance of the influence of the emotional state of juvenile offenders on the content of criminal actions, their reflection in the external environment, the nature of resistance to the detection and investigation of crimes, the relationship of frustrated needs and interpersonal relationships with deviant behaviour.
