The fundamental philosophical book on law

The monograph by S.I. Zakhartsev, D.V. Maslennikov and V.P. Sal’nikov “Logos of law: Parmenides - Hegel - Dostoevsky. On the issue of the speculative logical foundations of metaphysics of law” is reviewed. The book discusses the works of the first Greek philosopher Parmenides, Hegel’s and Dostoevsky’s, as well as other philosophers’ approaches to law. The reviewers conclude that the book is fundamental for philosophy and philosophy of law, and is at international academic level.
