In the article fundamental problems of Geotectonics are considered from new positions, based on modern data: 1.All tectonic dispositions are, in the main, three-dimensional, and they contain both vertical and horizontal speed of movement components. 2. In various geological processes one or another tectonic pressure can dominate, and, dependent on it, corresponding movements and structures form. 3. In most cases tectonic movements are accompanied by the magmatic activity (the process of tectonic-magmatic activation). 4. Tectonic movements are caused by rotation, gravity, space, radioactive warming up and the heat produced at the tectonic spheres interaction. 5. Horizontal movements are the dominant structure-forming factor on the Earth. 6. Vortical structures, representing a basic type of the earthly tectonic elements, are a combination of vertical and horizontal tectonic dislocations.
