Several fundamental problems of mathematical modeling of processes for coatings creating by ion-plasmous method are formulated in this paper. The notion of active surface zone was introduced for describing of non-thermic activation processes. It is demonstrated that the processes of non-thermic activation on a surface can be explained on the base of effect of surface focusons. Main stages of adsorbed particles' evolution are described on the base of probability theory. Several generalized theoretical relations that were used in theory of new stage forming of solid surface were defined more precisely.
