In the newborn heifers of the Black-and-White breed the authors studied the state of ovaries and uterus in norm and hypotrophy using the methods of histology, histochemistry and electron microscopy. It was shown that in normal animals the oogoniums and the ovigerous balls disappear, whereas oocytes at the follicular stage and singles follicles, determined macroscopically, predominate. To the birth time Embryo uterus wall is differentiated on the layers, mucous membrane secrets actively the products containing the neutral glycosaminoglycans and protein, endometrium glands are well developed. Among of newborn heifers from mothers with pathology of metabolism about 40 % of heifers have hypoplasia of reproduction organs: small size and mass of uterus and ovaries, absence of abdominal follicles in ovaries, mass elimination of generative elements following by gametopathy and also by defects of tissues of cortex and cerebrum.
