Functional reshaping of a family in Russia that turned to be a factor of risks’ escalation while socializing youth with environmental issues

The author tended to demonstrate in this paper the way some operational dysfunction of a family in Russian society has impacted on socializing with natural environment, and what threats Russian youngsters and society may face due to socializing failures in families.
