Functional and stylistic features of the cause unions in I. A. Krylov’s journal “The Spirits’ Post”

The paper analyzes the features of the functioning of the causal units in the artistic texts of XVIII century, due to the specifics of expression in their causal semantics, stylistic coloring and the role they play in the text of the solution of specific artistic problems. Here it’s established the distinctiveness of their use in the writer’s language. The author means that the causal union is not only an important structural element of the complex sentence, but also as a means of realizing the artistic design.
