Functional zoning of the territory of a municipality

This article analyzes the method of functional zoning of the territory, applied to the territory of a municipal entity, using the example of the Berezovsky municipal District located in the Sverdlovsk region. The zoning of the territory in Russia is analyzed in comparison with the zoning of other countries. The influence of ozonation on the indicators of the region is analyzed. Based on the conducted analyses, proposals have been developed for the development of zoning in the Berezovsky Municipal District.
