Functionality of the political projects: technology vs ideology?

The article contains the results of the research of the functionality of political projects in modern Russia in its dynamic aspect. The study is based on the concept of the political project. Methodology allowed the author to structure the information space by integrating disparate daily news reports and communication practices into an integrated project. This project is oriented on the purpose of its scientific understanding, integration in research context, creation of an explanatory model of the modern politics and interpretation of Russian politics in the frames of realization of domestic and foreign policy projects. Analyzing the information space formed by the discourse of the media, academic and journalistic discourse, the author fixed the dynamics of its functionality - from just a technology projects to build the image and create a political party up to value, ideological and strategic projects.
