The important factor influencing on osteointegration of implants is functional loading, which control is studied now insufficiently, and the infringements, which are not causing any complaints at the patient, can be revealed the stomatologist only by purposeful search. The laterposition of lower jaw concerns such infringements from a central parity of jaws in the habitual occlusion, caused by pathology of occlusion or nervously-muscular device. In the absence of preparation and preliminary treatment of lower jaw dis-placement there can be errors in definition of topographical arrangement of implants and challenges at modeling the prosthesis on already established implants. The purpose of orthopedic preparation is reveal-ing the etiological factor of laterotrusion displacement and elimination of obstacle for lower jaw estab-lishment in constructive occlusion and carrying out the rational prosthetics. 95 persons shared in research, from them at 22 lower jaw displacement in laterotrusion plane is revealed. Clinical methods and complex laboratory-instrumental research, including methods of computer tomography, electromyography, func-tional research of lower jaw movements are used. For formation the new type of occlusal mutual relations occlusal splints were used.
