Functioning of bots in the political propaganda of the digital age

The article is devoted to the problem of intensifying the use of social bots and botnets in the political life of society, in particular, in propaganda activities. The authors analyze the mechanisms of functioning of political bot programs and the simulation activity of human bots. Bot manipulation tactics are of scientific interest to both political psychologists and political philosophers.
