Functioning and development of state power bodies of different levels in the regions

The article is devoted to the analysis of the administrative reform which is being held in the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the aspects of interrelations between federal and regional state power bodies in the Russian Federation constituent entities and their interrelation with municipal entities.
