Functioning of the mechanism for managing social adaptation of the military personnel transferred to the reserve as well as of members of their families

The article defines and considers the components of the mechanism for managing social adaptation of citizens dismissed from military service and their family members and allocates the perspective directions of functioning of the specified mechanism. The authors pay a special attention to the ambiguity of functioning of the mechanism for social adaptation of military personnel transferred to the reserve and consider it on the example of the formation of systems of their professional retraining.
