Functioning of the special economic zone of the Kaliningrad region

The purpose of this work is to analyze the functioning of the special economic zone of the Kaliningrad region. This article discusses the main expert indicators, new high-tech projects, as well as the main advantages of this region. The main conclusion is that special economic zones are the main tool for the development of regions.
