TNC functioning in countries with transitional economy on example Republic of Moldova and Ukraine

The purpose of this article is to study the development of transnationalization of foreign capital in the economy of the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. The relevance of the issues raised is obvious, since the crisis of the public administration system and, in general, the presence of an unfavorable situation in the Moldovan and Ukrainian states are currently significantly hindering the processes of transnationalization of foreign capital in their economy. These problems can be solved by stabilizing Moldova and Ukraine their economies, improving their investment climate, lowering the rates of import duties, as well as providing them with other preferences in the field of taxation.
