Guarantees of citizens 'rights for getting qualified legal aid

The article is devoted to the problems of realizing the right of citizens to receive qualified legal assistance guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation in Russian criminal proceedings. The concepts of “the right to qualified legal assistance”, “the right to defense” and “the right to use the services of a defender” are distinguished.
