Guarantees of rights of indigenous small ethnic communities of the Russian Federation and the problem of natural resources protection

The article discusses the content of the rights of indigenous small ethnic communities to traditional use of land and other natural resources. It is concluded that it is necessary to reinforce responsibilities for the conservation of natural resources used. The author considers the need for a comprehensive approach to the preservation of the rights of indigenous peoples and the socio-economic development of the territories of the North, Siberia and the Far East of Russia.
