Convict's rights guarantee on the judge's consideration of the materials at the sentence execution stage

Legal means and measures to secure a convict's rights at the final stage of criminal legal proceedings have been examined. Widespread violations by the judge when considering issues within his/her competence have been revealed. The necessity has been shown to establish the ultimate truth at the judicial sitting. Some recommendations on the improvement of court's (judge's) ruling at the sentence execution stage regarding a convict's rights and his lawful interests guarantee have been formulated. Some alternatives on perfecting the criminal legislation regulating court activities at the closing stage of criminal trial have been put forward.
