The oxygen transport system is an integrative component of oxygen delivery to skeletal muscles and other life-supporting organs and systems. At the final stages of training for competitions of the above-mentioned level of significance the life-supporting systems of a human body must assure an impact with a high level of readiness. Usually being at rest the stress reduction, economization and the redistribution of functions for ensuring the readiness for the work ahead are observed. The analysis of systemic and cerebral blood flow, pulmonary ventilation, gas exchange and myocardial activity under the conditions of training for competition shas been presented. The gained express information enabled to adjust the regulations of training load with the help of effective means of recovery and technologies if they’re needed. As the stages of adaptive capacity were formed, the role of redistribution of blood flow functions assuring sports efficiency increased.
