Gas composition of the ore-forming fluid of Sinilga gold deposit, Polar Urals

Gases are the major components of the mineral-formation systems. Gas composition of fluid inclusions was determined by gas chromatography and Raman spectroscopy. Water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, methane and carbon monoxide were identified. The highest content of carbon dioxide is typical for inclusions in gold ore quartz of secant veins that indicate on its active role in the deposit formation.
