This article discusses a new method of training the organization's personnel in order to teach employees related to the performance of tasks behavior patterns. The historical background of the emergence and development of gamification is given. The article provides a detailed analysis of the key stimuli of the Octalisis model, as well as a real case of Walk the Talk v 3.0.
