Solar collector devices and grouping

The problem of creating collectors useful for the population is discussed. Since the use of a solar collector is very cost-effective, the solar collector generates so much energy during its lifetime that it covers several times more than the cost of manufacturing the device. To date, the government has made it possible to expand the creation of collectors that benefit the population.
