Hematological parameters and productivity in egg hens of the Radonezh cross after debeaking at the various ages

The stress state of birds after debeaking at the various ages was investigated with the help of estimation of physiological parameters and following productivity in egg hens of the Radonezh cross. It was shown that packed cell volume, glucose concentration in blood and also live weight gain in young birds, egg-laying qualities and egg mass are the parameters which characterize the stress-reaction on debeaking and the duration of adaptation syndrome. The debeaking as surgical procedure influences on bird state, therefore it must be make taking into account the rational hen age.
