Hematopathology in fishes of the Kuibyshev reservoir

Presents the results of hematological studies of fishes of the Kuibyshev reservoir. Found 13 types of pathologies of red blood cells, the dynamics of the occurrence frequency of individuals with abnormalities of cells in five common fish species in the investigated water body. Shows the lack of dependence of occurrence of detected abnormalities of erythrocytes from individuals of the species, respectively, the nonspecific nature of these violations. Based on the analysis of occurrence of individuals with hematological disorders, and variety of cellular pathologies is confirmed by high level of anthropogenic load on the studied reservoir. It is proposed the use of hematological pathologies in fish as an indicator of the ecological state of the reservoir at the effect on individuals of the complex of unfavorable factors of environment.
