Cardiovascular features and adaptable opportunities of the first course university students organism

The results of the investigation of the cardiovascular system of the first year students from Dushanbe State University and from Moscow State University show that the students who arrived from the country to study in Dushanbe (rural population) have high levels of the heart rates, blood pressure, hyperkinetic type regulation circulatory system, as well as the adaptation mechanism strain. The first year students who study Russian language in Dushanbe State University have vegetative disregulation. The same was shown for the students from Moscow State University. All the first year students showed the decrease of the adaptability. This factor should be taken into account while organizing the leisure activities and classes.
