Gender-oriented budgeting as an innovative tool to stimulate regional development

The scientific article discusses the issues of innovative tools to stimulate the development of regions in terms of introducing gender-oriented budgeting into the budget process at the local level in the modern conditions of the state development. equality of rights and opportunities for men and women in a particular area or region, and also contributes to improving the quality of these services for the population in general.
