Gender-oriented extremism: myth or reality?

The content of gender-oriented extremism is examined from the perspective of theoretical and practical discourse. Based on the analysis of the views and positions of domestic and some foreign scholars, the practice of applying the norms of the criminal and administrative-tort legislation of Russia, the essence of gender-oriented extremism is described, its signs are formulated and a definition is given.
