Gender features of lawyers’ mental burnout: emotional predictors

The article presents the research results concerned with gender features in the determination of the key structural components of the mental burnout syndrome on the part of emotional sphere of lawyers. The general and specific endogenous burnout determinants, which are most significant for burnout genesis, are also considered according to the gender of subjects. The gender features of the burnout determination in the context of emotional characteristics are also discussed. The author validates the relevance of the researches dealing with the burnout endogenous determinants, development of professional selection and burnout correction programs taking into account the gender factor.
