Gender stereotypes in the spiritual culture of Yakuts

Gender stereotypes are an important structure of the mentality, which determines the lifestyle and assigns social roles. Traditions and customs of any nation are differentiated by gender and represent a set of male and female practices that reflect gender stereotypes. The paper attempts to analyse the gender stereotypes represented in the spiritual culture of Yakuts.
