The article deals with the risks and threats to Russia's national security, related with the activity of NGOs that act as agents of foreign principals, engaged in promotion and lobbying Russian so called gender laws. The author gives a substantiation that such legislative initiatives threaten the basic social and demographic security of the state and could undermine the cultural code of the Russian society.
